Shipping Overview

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders. We currently only ship within the United States.

Total delivery time is typically 4–6 business days from the date the order is placed.
This total timeframe includes both order processing and carrier transit time.


Order Processing (Handling Time)

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). This handling time has already been calculated into the total delivery time.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time may be processed the following business day.


Carrier Transit Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–4 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

Transit times are estimates given to us by the shipping carrier, and may be extended during peak seasons or federal holidays.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using recognized national carriers, which may include USPS, UPS, and FedEx, etc.
Carrier selection is determined at our discretion.


Order Tracking

Tracking information is automatically emailed once your order ships.
You may also view tracking details in your account or by using the Track My Order link on our website.


Delays & Lost Shipments

While we work to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control may occur.

If your order has not arrived within 3 business days past the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can assist with a carrier inquiry.

If an order is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier and has not been delivered within 5 business days after the estimated delivery date, you may request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy, located in the footer of our store page.
