Item Quality Guide
At Loved Twice Clothing, every item is hand inspected to provide an accurate assessment of its quality.
We use the list of Quality Tiers below to describe the specific state of our pre-owned inventory, ensuring transparency for every purchase. One of which will be located on each product page.
Like New with Tags: Item is in original unworn condition, with retail tags still attached.
(Note: These items are classified as "used" in our system as they have been previously purchased from retail environment.)
Like New: Item is indistinguishable from new with no signs of wear. However, original tags have been removed.
Very Good: Excellent, pre-owned condition showing minimal signs of previous use. No observed flaws or defects.
Good: Minor to moderate signs of previous wear. Fully functional and presentable.
Acceptable: Visible signs of frequent use, which may include fading, fabric stretch, or minor cosmetic marks. All items are still fully functional and wearable.
