Overview
At Loved Twice Clothing, we want you to be satisfied with your order. We happily accept customer returns and refund requests that qualify according to the policy information detailed below.
Returning an Item for a Refund
Customers may request a return for both defective and non-defective items, provided the item meets the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy below. The online return form is required to be filled out to initiate a return for refund. You can access the form by clicking the Start a Return link located under Quick Links menu at the bottom of the home page, or simply click Here.
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return for a refund.
- Free return shipping is provided for all eligible U.S. orders.
Requesting a Refund Without a Return
If an order is stuck in transit or hasn't been received after 3 business days from the expected delivery date (verified by tracking information), you will be immediately eligible to request a refund.

The online Refund Form is required to be filled out to be approved to receive a refund without a return. You can access this form by clicking the Refund Form link located under Quick Links menu at the bottom of the home page, or simply click Here.
Process for Starting a Return for Refund
1. How to Start a Return
All return requests must be submitted by filling out a Return Form which is found by clicking the Start a Return link located under the Quick Links menu at the bottom of our store page.
From there, you will be prompted to fill in your name, email, and order number; followed by selecting a reason for return. You can then provide other details in the text box (optional) in regards to reasons for your return.
Additionally, the Start a Return link can also be found in the customer account menu at the top of the profile page.
- To access the return form from your customer account, simply click on the profile icon (located at the top right corner of the store home page) ➡️ sign-in with the email used to purchase the order ➡️ click on the Start a Return link (located at the top of the page).

Once your request is received, our team will review it within 1–2 business days and, if approved, you will be provided detailed instructions along with a prepaid return shipping label.
Return instructions and the return shipping address are provided only after a return request is approved. Please do not send items without authorization.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
2. Item Eligibility
To qualify for a return for refund, the item must be in the exact same condition as it was delivered.
3. Common Reasons for Returns
Common reasons for returns include:
- Wrong item sent
- Item not as described
- Damaged item
If your return reason qualifies, we will email a prepaid return label and instructions.
4. Valid Reasons to Request a Refund Without a Return
- Stuck in transit (verified via carrier tracking)
- Item not received (verified via carrier tracking)
If an order is stuck in transit or hasn't been received after 3 business days from the expected delivery date (verified by tracking information), you will be immediately eligible to request a refund.
5. Return Window & Shipment Requirements
Once a return label is issued:
- The package must be shipped and scanned in transit within 14 days
- Tracking information is used to confirm shipment status
- If the return is not scanned as in transit within 14 days, the return request will be canceled.
All approved returns must be shipped using the prepaid label provided and sent to the address specified on that label.
6. Refund Process & Timeline
For Refunds for Returned Items:
Refunds are initiated within 1 business day after the returned item is received and inspected.
If the item fails inspection, we will notify you before any refund action is taken.
For Refunds Only (for items stuck in transit or not recieved):
Refunds are initiated within 1 business day after the Refund Form has been approved (within 24-48 hours after submission).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 7 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
There are no additional charges for eligible customer returns.
8. Exchanges
Because our items are uniquely sourced and typically available in a quantity of one, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
9. False or Invalid Returns
If return information is false, inaccurate, incomplete, or if the item does not meet eligibility requirements, we reserve the right to deny or reverse a refund.
Any denial or reversal may be supported by documentation, including order records, photographs, and carrier tracking information.
