What is it?

Trade-In Program (Retail Buyback)

This program allows customers to submit eligible clothing, shoes, and accessories for evaluation only.

Items sent in are reviewed for resale suitability at our sole discretion.This program where customers can send in eligible clothing, shoes, and accessories for review, presented as a way to declutter and rid items that you no longer need, want, those that don't fit quite right, or just taking up too much space; and receive a chance to receive store credit or payment for your items.

Important: Submitting items does not guarantee acceptance or payment. All items are inspected, and are determined to be accepted as value or rejected. For accepted items, we issue cash payment (via Paypal or Venmo), or the option for store credit, in which value is typically higher. If items are not accepted, they are responsibly handled according to our donation standards.

Step 1 — Fill out and Submit a Trade-In Form

Fill out and submit the trade-in form with details about your items.

  • Approval & confirmation are sent by email
  • Please allow 1–3 business days for review

The Trade-In Form can be reached by clicking the link at the bottom of  this page or by the link in the Quick Links menu, located in the footer.


Step 2 — Pack Items, Attach Pre-Paid Label & Ship

Once approved, prepare your shipment.

Box Requirements

  • Maximum Size: 12″ (L) × 12″ (W) × 15″ (H)
  • Maximum Weight: Up to 35 lbs

Shipping

  • Shipping is FREE
  • A pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to you
  • Drop off at USPS or UPS (carrier depends on the label provided)

Step 3 — Item Assessment & Fair Value Review

Our team carefully evaluates each item.

  • Evaluation takes 5–10 business days
  • Items are reviewed for condition, brand, and resale value
  • You’ll receive a follow-up email with your cash or store credit offer

Step 4 — Step 4 — Receive Your Offer & Payout 

After evaluation is complete:

  • Payment is sent within 24 hours AFTER you accept the offer.
  • Choose PayPal or Venmo as your payout method
