We assess the general value of each piece based on brand quality, style appeal, and timelessness.
Our evaluation uses up-to-date research tools to gather evidence-based data, ensuring every item is compared fairly and consistently.

Step 3: Quality and Wear Evaluation

We evaluate each item’s material, craftsmanship, and durability. Clothing that shows care and longevity earns a stronger value rating than items with visible wear.

Step 4: Fair-Value Assignment

After assessment, each item is assigned a fair value estimate based on its condition, category, and relevance. This value forms the basis for your payout or store credit offer — ensuring equal standards for everyone who participates.

Step 5: Sustainability and Community Impact

We actively participate in community donation programs that benefit children and families in need throughout the United States — including organizations such as Soles4Souls, local foster closets, and family shelters.

Final Evaluation Policy

All item assessments and payout values are determined by the Loved Twice Clothing team following the evaluation process outlined above. Each decision is made carefully and consistently to ensure fairness across all submissions.

Please note that all valuation decisions are final. We are unable to accommodate appeals, re-evaluations, or return requests for items submitted through this program.
