- Simply provide your exact account username and your preferred method on the Trade-In Form.
- Your personal information will be safely secured and removed once payment has been made to you.
- Transfer of funds will be initiated withing 24 hours completing the valuation of your items.
- Store Credit
⭐Choosing store credit instead of cash provides a higher payout value.
- Automatically added to your account profile, under Payment Methods section.
- Store Credit does not expire.
Eligible Items for Trade-In
Accepted Item Types:
We only accept clothing, shoes, and any accessories of each.
All items must be clean and odor-free at the time of submission.
Accepted Conditions:
New: New With Tags (NWT), New Without Tags (NWOT)
Pre-Owned: Like New (LN), Very Good (VG), Good (G), Acceptable (A)

Unacceptable Items:
- Pre-owned underwear or undergarments
- Any Item that does not match the accepted item types
- Any item not matching the accepted condition standards
- Counterfeit or imitation items
Important Note:
If we determine that items were submitted in violation of eligibility or condition rules, or that unaccepted items were intentionally sent, the participant may be added to our banned list and permanently prohibited from participating in future opportunities. Please read the rules for eligible items and conditions on this page to fully understand participation requirements.
Trade-In Availability Notice
During periods when we temporarily pause new trade-ins to catch up on processing, customers who submit a form during that time will receive an email notification informing them that we’re not currently accepting new trade-ins and will be notified once submissions reopen.
